Setting up TikTok For Shopify
MasonHub is prepared and able to fulfill your TikTok for Shopify orders. Setting this up is really simple and requires no new integrations or system changes in MasonHub. All set up will be done by installing the TikTok For Shopify app and managing your TikTok Shop settings.
Since all enablement is done in TikTok we recommend familiarizing yourself with TikTok Shop Academy and specifically the TikTok for Shopify - FAQs.
If you are planning to introduce TikTok Shop please notify your account manager so we can be on alert and support you however needed.
Common Order Errors
In our experience, a common, but easily corrected, error is orders importing without customer information. This can be solved by updating your preferred shipping service which defaults to “TikTok Shipping” with the expectation the labels are created in TikTok.
You can always make updates to your preferred shipping service under 'Shipping > Shipping Options' https://seller-us.tiktok.com/logistics/delivery
For 3PL logistics, a Shipping Template is required:
- Go to seller-us.tiktok.com
- Navigate to 'Shipping' -> Shipping Templates
- Click "Add new Template"
- Complete the process
