Types of Reroute Requests
- Return to Sender (RTS): The package will be sent back to the original sender.
- Update Delivery Address: The delivery address will be updated once the order has been fulfilled.
How to Submit a Reroute Request
To reroute an order, please follow these steps:
Return to Sender
- Create a support ticket.
- Provide the order number in the ticket.
Update Delivery Address
- Create a support ticket.
- Include the updated delivery address in the ticket and the order number.
