What "Closed" Means for Our Clients
On days marked as CLOSED:
- We are officially closed for business
- All service level agreements (SLAs) are suspended
- Standard capacity expectations do not apply
- Response times may be delayed
- Regular operations will resume on the next business day
Holiday Staffing
While we are officially closed on the designated holidays, we may have team members who volunteer to work during these times to help manage workflow. This means:
- Some orders may still be processed during holiday closures
- This processing is not guaranteed
- All official business timeframes and expectations remain suspended
