There are a few common errors:
- You tried to edit an ASN that already exists but is not in open status.
- This also occurs when you reused a file but didn’t update the customer_identifier to be unique.
- A column(s) in your file was formatted incorrectly.
- You are missing required columns or data.
If you run into these errors when uploading it in MasonHub’s OMS:
- Open the file on your computer.
- Make the necessary edits per the feedback provided on the screen.
- Save the file, ensuring it’s saved as a CSV.
- Re-upload.
You’ll see this when you attempt to upload an ASN that already exists.
You’ll see this whenever you have a formatting error. Check your file and re-upload.
If you run into these errors when creating it with MasonHub’s API:
- Make sure you’re using the correct endpoint and POST method.
- Verify you have data for all of the required fields.
- Try creating the ASN again.
