If you clicked Request cancellation and it was too late to cancel the order, you will still see the status Fulfillment in progress on the fulfillment order in Shopify with a MasonHub declined the request for cancellation message.
A notification explaining the declined cancellation will also be sent to the email address we have on file.
At this point, go to the order in MasonHub’s OMS and check the order status. If it’s inProcess and not yet fulfilled, click the Request to Cancel button, which will create a ticket for our Order Exceptions to attempt to stop fulfillment at an additional fee. (Reach out to your Client Services representative for your Order Exception fee details.)
If the order is in fulfilled status in MasonHub’s OMS, then it is too late to cancel the order.
