As an order progresses through its life cycle, it will move through the following statuses. You can track the status and detailed sub-events of your order from the timeline on the order page in MasonHub's OMS. You can also search by order, fulfillment, and shipment statuses from the Orders & Shipments page.
Order Statuses

The order has been submitted, but not yet sent to the warehouse for fulfillment. | |

The account has an order processing delay and the order is being held for the predetermined amount of time. | |

The order has items needing correction before its fulfillment(s) moves to At Warehouse status. Visit this article for more information. |

This order has been accepted but the fulfillment on the order is backordered. | |
In Progress |
At least one fulfillment on the order has been sent to the warehouse for processing. An order will stay in this status until at least one fulfillment is fulfilled and shipped. | |
Partially Fulfilled |
This status only applies to an order that has been split. Once we fulfill and ship a fulfillment, the order will stay Partially Fulfilled until all fulfillments are completed. (If the order was placed via our Shopify integration, a message will go back to Shopify letting them know that we have shipped part of the order.) |

MasonHub has finished processing all fulfillments on the order. | |
Fulfilled |
MasonHub has finished processing the order and all of the items were successfully fulfilled. |

Shorted |
MasonHub has finished processing the order and at least one item was not fulfilled due to inventory constraints. |

Partially Canceled |
MasonHub has finished processing the order and we fulfilled at least one fulfillment and the user cancelled at least one fulfillment. |

Canceled |
The entire order was canceled by the user and no items were processed by MasonHub. |
Fulfillment Statuses

All SKUs on the fulfillment have been allocated with physical inventory but the fulfillment has not been sent to the warehouse (WMS) yet. |
|
At least one SKU on the fulfillment is backordered. (This fulfillment will remain in Backordered status until it is split or all SKUs are received and allocated.) |

The fulfillment has been sent to the warehouse (WMS) but the WMS has not yet acknowledged receipt. In most cases, fulfillments will only be in this status momentarily. |
|
The fulfillment has been synchronized with our distribution center's systems and the WMS (Warehouse Management System), has accepted fulfillment. |
In Process |
The fulfillment has been waved (assigned to an associate to be picked) at the distribution center and is on its way to being fulfilled. |
Packed |
The fulfillment has been packed and is ready for its shipping label. |
Fulfilled |
A shipping label has been printed and the package is now ready for pickup by the carrier. |
Partially Shorted |
MasonHub has finished processing the order and at least one item on the fulfillment shorted due to inventory constraints, and at least one item was shipped. |
Shorted |
MasonHub has finished processing the order and no items were shipped due to inventory constraints. |
Canceled |
The fulfillment was canceled by the user and no items were processed by MasonHub. |
Shipment Statuses
Tendered |
All associated packages have been scanned at the carrier's facility. |
In Transit |
All associated packages are en route to their final destination. |
Delivered |
All packages have been delivered for this order. |
Undeliverable |
All packages were unable to be delivered by the carrier. |
We are integrated with our domestic carriers (DHL, FedEx, USPS) to increase your visibility to order status while it's in transit. International transit updates are not currently available.
