You will be prompted to enter three pieces of information to log into the MasonHub Order Management System (also known as the MasonHub Portal): Account, Email, and Password.
The email and password are what you signed up with via the MasonHub invitation email. The Account is your Shopify slug. This is the name of your Shopify store, exactly as it appears in the url.
Note: API customers not connecting through Shopify will be assigned an account name during the onboarding process. Reach out to MasonHub Support if you have forgotten your account name.
