MasonHub will undergo scheduled maintenance on Thursday March 19th from 1:30 AM - 2:30 AM ET. During this window, the MasonHub OMS will be unavailable and operations will be paused.
What This Means for Shopify Merchants
- No impact expected. Shopify orders will continue to flow in normally. Shipment notifications and inventory updates will process when we’re back online.
- Orders will appear in a queued state during the downtime and will automatically replay and process once MasonHub is back online.
