Maintenance Window
Date & Time: Saturday, Thursday, March 19th from 1:30 AM - 2:30 AM ET
During this window:
- The MasonHub API and system will be temporarily unavailable.
- Operations will be paused.
- All API requests will return 500 errors.
Actions Required For API Integrations
Once maintenance is complete and the API is back online (after 2:30 AM ET):
- Retry all API calls that occurred during the downtime, including:
- Order POST requests
- Any other POST or GET requests
- Alternatively, you may pause your integration during the maintenance window to avoid retry handling. Either approach is acceptable, choose the one that best fits your integration setup.
