How to Run and Export a Damaged Returns Report
You can easily generate a list of returned orders flagged with a "Damaged" status by applying filters directly within MasonHub's Order Management System (OMS).
Follow these steps to pull your report:
Log into the MasonHub Portal.
Navigate to the RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorizations) section from the main menu.
Click on the Filter button to expand your search options.
Select Inventory Status from the filter criteria dropdown menu.
Select Damaged as the specific status or reason code. (You can also search by other statuses like Refurbished.)
Click Search.
Click the Export button to download the data directly into an CSV spreadsheet for your operational records.
