MasonHub is ready to fulfill your TikTok orders! The good news is that setup is simple and doesn't require any new integrations or system changes in MasonHub. All configuration happens on the TikTok side.
For Shopify Users
If you're using Shopify, connecting to TikTok is straightforward. Just install the TikTok For Shopify app and manage your settings through TikTok Shop. We recommend familiarizing yourself with the TikTok Shop Academy and especially the TikTok for Shopify FAQs.
For Other Platforms
Some clients use third-party apps or Pipe17 for direct TikTok integration. While these options offer additional functionalities, keep in mind there may be setup processes and potential fees to consider.

How TikTok Orders Flow to MasonHub
Automatic Order Processing in Shopify
If you're using TikTok Shop in Shopify, there's nothing additional you need to do to send orders to the MasonHub OMS—as long as you're using the standard Shopify Flow to Request Fulfillment on orders assigned to the MasonHub location.
Understanding TikTok's 1-Hour Hold
TikTok Shop automatically places a 1-hour "On Hold" status on orders in Shopify to give customers time to potentially cancel their order. Once this hold is automatically released in Shopify, your Shopify Flow will Request Fulfillment without any intervention from you.

Here's what you can expect to see in your Shopify order timeline:
As you can see, the entire process happens automatically. The only delay is TikTok's standard 1-hour hold, after which your order flows directly to MasonHub for fulfillment.
Common Order Challenges and Solutions
Missing Customer Information
The most common error we see is orders importing without customer information. This typically happens when your preferred shipping service defaults to "TikTok Shipping," which expects labels to be created in TikTok rather than by your 3PL.
How to fix this:
For 3PL logistics like MasonHub, you'll need to set up a Shipping Template:
- Go to seller-us.tiktok.com
- Navigate to Shipping → Shipping Templates
- Click "Add new Template"
- Complete the setup process

Delayed Address Verification
TikTok withholds customer address information until payment is verified, which can take some time. Make sure your system can handle this delay to avoid order rejections. Shopify users can create specialized workflows using Shopify's FLOW app, while API users should develop systems to manage orders during this verification period.
Encrypted Addresses
Sometimes TikTok encrypts customer addresses, which leads to order rejection. Make sure proper account settings are enabled during your TikTok onboarding to provide the necessary customer information for shipping labels.
Tracking Number Requirements
TikTok may withhold payment until orders are marked as fulfilled with a tracking number. Don't worry—MasonHub ships standard orders same-day if they're created in our OMS before noon, and expedited orders before 2pm local time. We prioritize timely fulfillment with tracking information to help you avoid payment delays or order cancellations.
